Refund within 30 days:
Important Moment allows you to get a full refund within 30 days of purchasing a course if for some reason the course did not meet the user’s needs.
Refunds are possible if the student has not watched more than 50% of the course.
This ensures that a refund can be issued even after the course has been partially completed.
Types of refunds
Refunds:
If the course does not meet the user’s expectations, or the course does not meet the declared quality, the platform may offer a full or partial refund.
Exchange of the course:
The Important Moment platform offers the opportunity to exchange the course for another (if, for example, the course turned out to be not what was expected).
Extension of access or additional resources:
Also, our platform offers additional materials or extension of access to the course.
Exceptions
Dissatisfaction with the course:
Important Moment may refuse a refund if the reason for the request is simply dissatisfaction with the quality of the course.
Refunds are only possible in the case of obvious defects, errors or inconsistencies in the content.
